1. Sale / Discounted Products

All products purchased during any SALE, PROMOTIONAL OFFER, or DISCOUNT are strictly NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN or EXCHANGE.Customers are advised to review product details, size, and specifications carefully before purchasing discounted items.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility (Regular Products)Return or exchange facility is available only for REGULAR (NON-SALE) PRODUCTS.Request must be raised within 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY

1. No items is eligible for return or exchange when purchased in SALE or DISCOUNT.
2. We provide only Store credit for any product which is returned and return shipping charges will be on customer . You can use store credit within a year from Date of Purchase.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a RETURN or EXCHANGE, the product must strictly meet the following conditions:

Must be UNUSED, UNWORN, and free from any damage

Must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION

All TAGS, PACKAGING, and ACCESSORIES must be intact

Gownwala.com reserves the right to REJECT any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

4. Refund Policy (Credit Note Only)

For all approved returns, Gownwala.com provides a CREDIT NOTE (STORE CREDIT) only.The credit note can be used to purchase ANY PRODUCT on Judki.comThe amount will be credited to your JUDKI WALLET

Credit Note Terms:

Valid for 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE

Can be used for FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY

NON-TRANSFERABLE and cannot be converted into cash

5. Cancellation Policy
NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACEDThis policy is applicable to ALL ORDERS (INCLUDING PREPAID ORDERS)
