Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Eligibility: Return will be accepted after 3 days of delivery, product must be unused and this will be verified by our team

    Non-Returnable Items    : Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Intimate apparel or custom-made items cannot be returned.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at judkistudio2016@gmail.com with your order details.
    • You will need to ship the item back to A-3002, 3rd floor, Raj Textile Tower, Magob Surat - 395010 at your own expense.

  4. Refunds:

    • Approved refund under the refund policy will be added within 3- 5 days in wallet, 
      The validity of the wallet amount is 3 months and can be used up to 3 months

  5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at judkistudio2016@gmail.com.
